How to communicate in the Single Candidate Portal
Complaints or questions regarding competitions managed via the Single Candidate Portal must be submitted exclusively through the Single Candidate Portal.
Questions and complaints submitted via the contact forms on EPSO’s website will not be taken into consideration.
Only if you cannot access the Single Candidate Portal due to EU Login issues, you may submit your question via the website contact form.
For all other communication, chose “My communications” at the top right hand of the Single Candidate Portal homepage.

- Notifications, including automatic acknowledge receipts
You can filter the correspondence by competition and search with keywords

Clicking on "Contact us" on the menu you can find the following contact forms:
- Ask a question
Use this option for general questions related to a specific competition or selection procedure.
- File a complaint/request for review
Use this if you wish to submit a complaint or request a review of a decision. Please make sure to select the appropriate type of complaint
- Request a change of your personal data
Use this option to update your personal details, such as your first name, last name, or date of birth.
- Request the deletion or withdrawal
Use this form if you wish to delete your account in the SCP or withdraw your application from a selection procedure. - Upload supporting document
Please use this option only if EPSO has explicitly asked you to provide additional supporting documents.
For example, during the eligibility check phase (see the Notice of Competition for full details), candidates may be asked to provide additional supporting documents. In such cases, the requested documents must be uploaded using the “Upload supporting document” button.

All requests will be handled in line with the relevant privacy statements, which can be found in the different contact forms.
