Complaints or questions regarding competitions managed via the Single Candidate Portal must be submitted exclusively through the Single Candidate Portal.  
Questions and complaints submitted via the contact forms on EPSO’s website will not be taken into consideration.
Only if you cannot access the Single Candidate Portal due to EU Login issues, you may submit your question via the website contact form.

For all other communication, chose “My communications” at the top right hand of the Single Candidate Portal homepage.

Clicking on it you will see all the correspondence related to your applications:  

  • Letters published by EPSO  

  • Your questions and complaints  

  • EPSO’s responses to your questions and complaints   

  • Notifications, including automatic acknowledge receipts  

    

You can filter the correspondence by competition and search with keywords 

Each communication has a unique reference number. Please always refer to the number in your correspondence (questions and complaints).  

Contact EPSO  

If you click on "Contact us" you can find the different contact forms to communicate with EPSO’s Candidate Contact Service:  

  • to ask a question,   

  • to file a complaint/request for review,  

  • to request a change of your personal data (your first and last name, your date of birth),  

  • to request the deletion of your account or the withdrawal of your application. 

  • To add an additional supporting document (only upon request) 

  

 

IMPORTANT: During the eligibility check (see the notice of competition for full details on this step in the selection procedure), candidates might receive a request to upload additional supporting documents. Candidates must upload the requested document via the relevant button “Upload supporting document”. Note that candidates cannot upload documents via this form when not explicitly requested to do so by the EPSO. See fig. 3 

All requests will be dealt with in line with the relevant privacy statements you can find in the different contact forms.
