Kā varu pārbaudīt, ka mans “EU Login” konts ir izveidots pareizi, lai varētu pieteikties vienotajā kandidātu portālā?
Question categories:
If you're unsure about the setup of your EU Login account, you can click at the following link to manage your account settings.
- Log in with your password
- Click on the settings (gear icon) in the upper right corner next to your name.

- Select "My Account” where you can find general information about your EU login including the Unique identifier and email address associated to it.

- An account with Unique identifier starting with "v00" indicates that you created the account with a third-party sign-in option such as electronic identification (eID platforms like: itsme, SPID, ROeID, DigiD, MitID etc.), Facebook or Google. Those accounts cannot be used. See also: I cannot log in to the Single Candidate Portal, what should I do?
- If you currently work for an EU institution or body, please refer to the EU Login instructions for EU internal staff.
- If you have worked for an EU institution in the past, your EU Login is probably linked to an old Unique ID. Please verify in the section “My Account” of your EU login.
If it is your case, please create a new EU Login for your application with a different email address.
- If you haven't set up your EU Login with a second-factor authentication yet (mobile device or trusted platform), your account isn't ready to access the Single Candidate Portal. Please add a second-factor authentication method in your EU login profile. Read also the instructions on how to add a trusted platform.
Ensure the email used to create your EU login is a private email address. Using a corporate email may result in a loss of access to EU Login and consequently to the Single Candidate Portal.
