  När du har skickat din fråga ska du få ett bekräftelsemejl med ett referensnummer. Om du inte har fått något mejl inom fem minuter efter att du skickade frågan måste du skicka om den.
  Om din fråga är ofullständig kan vi inte garantera att du får svar inom den vanliga tidsfristen.

                - Om din fråga är mycket komplicerad eller kräver översättning kan det ta längre tid.

If you want to make a complaint on your application for one of our selection procedures, please submit your complaint via our form.

After the successful submission of your question, you will receive by e-mail an acknowledgement with a reference number. Please mention this reference number in all subsequent correspondence with EPSO on the same subject. If you do not receive the acknowledgement after 5 minutes, please submit the message again.

Before submitting your complaint please:

• Learn which complaint types you can submit and how to submit them.
• Complete the online contact form carefully.
• Select the correct reference of your selection procedure.
• Indicate your application number as shown in your candidate account.
• Read our Complaint Resolution Policy for Testing Events for issues experienced during the online testing session. 

Incomplete or incorrect complaints may not be processed within the usual deadline, which could result in losing your chance to continue in the selection process.
