Dl Olivier Salles a devenit noul director al EPSO la 16 mai 2025.

De naționalitate franceză, el deține diplome de master în relații internaționale și științe politice de la universitățile Sorbona și Lyon II.

Este funcționar european de peste 30 de ani și aduce în EPSO experiența sa bogată în materie juridică, de management și de coordonare a politicilor. A lucrat în domeniul resurselor umane, al finanțelor și al comunicării legate de activitatea legislativă între mai multe servicii ale Comisiei.

Întrucât a fost director administrativ în cadrul unor organisme nou înființate ale UE, cum ar fi Autoritatea pentru Combaterea Spălării Banilor (ACSB) și Parchetul European (EPPO), dl Salles este obișnuit cu lucrul în cadrul unor noi proiecte solicitante.

Prin urmare, se află într-o poziție ideală pentru a face față provocărilor cu care se confruntă EPSO și pentru a se asigura că Oficiul își îndeplinește cu succes misiunea ca partener de încredere în procedurile de selecție a personalului pentru instituțiile UE.

Heike began her career in the private sector, working in the tourism and hospitality industry in Brussels and Gothenburg, followed by a role in an international audit firm.

She then moved to the public sector and joined the European Commission in 1996, initially serving in the finance and budget unit of the Directorate-General for Education, Training and Youth. Subsequent assignments included positions in the Directorates-General for External Relations and for Transport & Energy.

In 2003, Heike transitioned to human resources related functions, joining the newly established European Personnel Selection Office (EPSO) as a competition coordinator. She later worked in the HR unit of the Directorate-General for the Internal Market & Services before returning to EPSO in 2013. Since then, she has held several roles within EPSO, from Team Leader for test development, Deputy Head of Unit for e-selection & test development, to her current position as Deputy Head of EPSO’s Outreach and Communication unit.

Nikoletta joined the European Commission in 2005 and has over 20 years of experience in human resources, operations and management functions.

A Hungarian national, she holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, a Master  in European Integration and Development from the Vrije Universiteit Brussel (VUB), and a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from Kingston University London.

Throughout her career, Nikoletta has held a variety of positions within the European Commission, including HR Correspondent, Team Leader, Head of Sector and Deputy Head of Unit. Before joining the European Personnel Selection Office (EPSO), she worked at the Office for Infrastructure and Logistics in Brussels (OIB), she served as HR Correspondent for more than 1,200 staff members and led a large operational sector responsible for mail services, diplomatic pouch operations and the transport of materials. 

Nikoletta joined EPSO in 2023 as Deputy Head of the Testing Operations Unit and subsequently became Deputy Head of the Test Development and Delivery Unit. In this role, she contributes to the development and delivery of selection tests and competitions for the European institutions and supports the modernisation of EPSO’s testing and assessment processes.

Dl Șerban și-a început cariera în sectorul privat, lucrând în Paris în sectorul auditului statutar și al asigurărilor. Apoi s-a mutat în sectorul public și s-a alăturat Comisiei Europene în 2008, inițial în serviciul comun de audit al Direcției Generale Cercetare și Inovare. În anii de lucru la Comisie, a deținut diverse funcții printre care auditor ex-post, șef al echipei de control al calității și șef al sectorului „Back-office și audituri”. A avut responsabilități precum auditul ex-post, controlul intern și gestiunea financiară și bugetară.

În 2026, dl Șerban s-a alăturat Oficiului European pentru Selecția Personalului (EPSO) în calitate de șef de unitate adjunct pentru unitatea „Servicii de sprijin intern”. În acest rol, îl sprijină pe șeful de unitate în asigurarea bunei gestiuni financiare și informatice a EPSO, inclusiv prin coordonarea auditurilor, gestionarea riscurilor și controlul intern.
