Direktorius: Olivier Salles’is

2025 m. gegužės 16 d. Olivier Salles’is tapo Europos personalo atrankos tarnybos (EPSO) naujuoju direktoriumi.

O. Salles’is, kuris yra Prancūzijos pilietis, yra įgijęs Sorbonos ir Liono II universitetų tarptautinių santykių ir politikos mokslų magistro laipsnius.

Į EPSO jis atsineša didelę patirtį politikos koordinavimo, teisės ir valdymo srityse, sukauptą per daugiau kaip 30 metų trunkančią ES tarnautojo karjerą. Jis yra ėjęs įvairias pareigas žmogiškųjų išteklių, finansų, ir teisėkūros darbo viešinimo srityse keliose Europos Komisijos tarnybose.

Anksčiau administracijos direktoriaus pareigas naujai įsteigtose ES įstaigose, pavyzdžiui, Kovos su pinigų plovimu institucijoje (AMLA) ir Europos prokuratūroje, ėjusiam O. Salles’iui yra įprasta imtis ypač daug pastangų reikalaujančių naujų projektų.

Todėl jis labiausiai tinka EPSO kylantiems iššūkiams įveikti ir užtikrinti, kad ši tarnyba sėkmingai vykdytų savo misiją būti patikima Europos Sąjungos institucijų atrankos procedūrų partnere.

Head of Outreach and Communication: Sandra Cavallo

Sandra joined the European Personnel Selection Office on 16 December 2025 as Head of the Outreach and Communication Unit.

She brings over 25 years of experience in institutional communication, having held senior roles in EU and UN organisations as well as in Italian public service broadcasting (RAI).

Before joining EPSO, Sandra worked at the European Commission, including as Deputy Head of Unit at the Directorate-General for Civil Protection and Humanitarian Aid Operations (DG ECHO) and at the Directorate-General for Communication (DG COMM), where she coordinated EU-wide communication activities and networks such as Europe Direct. As Head of Sector for communication governance and strategic coordination, she contributed to the Commission’s external communication on disinformation and served as Equality Coordinator for DG COMM. She was a member of the Brexit Task Force (2018–2019).

Previously, she has also held senior communication roles with UNDP in Ukraine and Moldova, the European Centre for Disease Prevention and Control (ECDC), and the European Training Foundation (ETF).

Deputy to the head of Outreach and Communication: Heike Gras

Heike began her career in the private sector, working in the tourism and hospitality industry in Brussels and Gothenburg, followed by a role in an international audit firm.

She then moved to the public sector and joined the European Commission in 1996, initially serving in the finance and budget unit of the Directorate-General for Education, Training and Youth. Subsequent assignments included positions in the Directorates-General for External Relations and for Transport & Energy.

In 2003, Heike transitioned to human resources related functions, joining the newly established European Personnel Selection Office (EPSO) as a competition coordinator. She later worked in the HR unit of the Directorate-General for the Internal Market & Services before returning to EPSO in 2013. Since then, she has held several roles within EPSO, from Team Leader for test development, Deputy Head of Unit for e-selection & test development, to her current position as Deputy Head of EPSO’s Outreach and Communication unit.

Testų rengimo ir vykdymo skyriaus vadovė Angela Heberling

Angela Europos Sąjungos institucijų tarnautoja tapo 1993 m. liepos mėn. pradėjusi dirbti Europos Komisijos aplinkos padalinyje. 

Po dvejų metų ji ėmėsi daugiau žmogiškųjų ryšių klausimų ir pradėjo karjerą Europos Komisijos įdarbinimo tarnyboje, kuri vėliau buvo integruota į dabartinę Europos personalo atrankos tarnybą (EPSO). EPSO ji ėjo įvairias pareigas: buvo darbo grupės, atsakingos už EPSO vystymo programos įgyvendinimą, narė, Atrankos valdymo biuro, atsakingo už visų konkursų ir atrankų stebėseną, vadovė, E. atrankos ir testų rengimo skyriaus vadovė, Planavimo ir koordinavimo skyriaus vadovė, o dabar ji yra Testų rengimo ir vykdymo skyriaus vadovė. 

Nuo 2020 m. lapkričio mėn. ji yra EPSO direktoriaus pavaduotoja.

Angela yra susituokusi ir turi du vaikus.

Acting Head of Planning and Competition Management: Martin OHRIDSKI

Martin holds a BA in International Relations from the University of Malta and MA in European Public Affairs from University of Maastricht. Following a stint in the area of tourism, he began his European career in the social and vocational training sector in Brussels in 2003 where he worked as for two European NGOs as a Public Affairs Officer and project manager.

Martin moved to the European civil service in 2008 when he joined the Crisis Management Unit within the European Commission’s Secretariat General (SG). He worked for over 5 years as Policy Officer and Team Leader responsible for providing internal coordination and support to ensure that the Commission can contribute effectively to crises that require action at Community level. Martin then worked in the SG Transparency Unit where he contributed to the implementation and further development of the Commission's wider policy on transparency and lobbying regulation. Martin joined the European Personnel Selection Office (EPSO) in late 2020 and worked as Policy Assistant to two Directors of the Office until assuming the role of Acting Head of EPSO’s Planning & Competition Management Unit in 2026.

Head of EuSA: Anna Mitelman

Anna Mitelman joined the ‘EPSO family’ in January 2023, as Head of the European School of Administration (EuSA).

Anna has 10 years of experience managing Learning and Development (L&D) as Head of Unit for Human Resources (HR) in the European Committee of the Regions, where apart from L&D and talent management she was also responsible for many other HR fields such as Rights & Obligations, Medical and social service, traineeships and more.

She is committed to lifelong learning herself and is convinced that organisations that understand this and invest in L&D will always be one step ahead. Her vision for the School is to make sure that EuSA is, and always remains, a centre of innovation and excellence.

Anna lives with her husband and two teenage sons in Brussels.
