Kuna komisjon on kohustunud tegutsema läbipaistvalt, avaldavad juhtimisülesandeid täitvad komisjoni töötajad teavet huvide esindajatega peetud kohtumiste kohta ja nende kohtumiste protokollid.
Euroopa Personalivaliku Ameti kohtumised
Olivier Salles alustas EPSO uue direktorina 16. mail 2025.
Olivier on Prantsuse kodanik ning ta on omandanud Sorbonne’i ülikoolis rahvusvaheliste suhete magistrikraadi ja ülikoolis Lyon 2 politoloogia magistrikraadi.
Tema 30aastane karjäär ELi ametnikuna on andnud talle poliitika koordineerimise ning õigus- ja juhtimisvaldkonnas rikkalikult kogemusi, mida EPSO direktorina rakendada. Ta on täitnud eri rolle mitmes valdkonnas, nagu personalihaldus, finantsküsimused ja komisjoni talitustele õigusloomealase tegevuse kohta teabe jagamine.
Olivier on tegutsenud haldusdirektorina mitmes äsja loodud organis, nagu Rahapesu ja Terrorismi Rahastamise Tõkestamise Amet (AMLA) ja Euroopa Prokuratuur (EPPO), mistõttu on ta harjunud ette võtma uusi nõudlikke projekte.
Seega on tal suurepärased eeldused tulla toime EPSO ees seisvate väljakutsetega ja tagada, et EPSO täidab edukalt oma ülesannet olla ELi institutsioonidele valikumenetlustes usaldusväärne partner.
Heike began her career in the private sector, working in the tourism and hospitality industry in Brussels and Gothenburg, followed by a role in an international audit firm.
She then moved to the public sector and joined the European Commission in 1996, initially serving in the finance and budget unit of the Directorate-General for Education, Training and Youth. Subsequent assignments included positions in the Directorates-General for External Relations and for Transport & Energy.
In 2003, Heike transitioned to human resources related functions, joining the newly established European Personnel Selection Office (EPSO) as a competition coordinator. She later worked in the HR unit of the Directorate-General for the Internal Market & Services before returning to EPSO in 2013. Since then, she has held several roles within EPSO, from Team Leader for test development, Deputy Head of Unit for e-selection & test development, to her current position as Deputy Head of EPSO’s Outreach and Communication unit.
Sandra joined the European Personnel Selection Office on 16 December 2025 as Head of the Outreach and Communication Unit.
She brings over 25 years of experience in institutional communication, having held senior roles in EU and UN organisations as well as in Italian public service broadcasting (RAI).
Before joining EPSO, Sandra worked at the European Commission, including as Deputy Head of Unit at the Directorate-General for Civil Protection and Humanitarian Aid Operations (DG ECHO) and at the Directorate-General for Communication (DG COMM), where she coordinated EU-wide communication activities and networks such as Europe Direct. As Head of Sector for communication governance and strategic coordination, she contributed to the Commission’s external communication on disinformation and served as Equality Coordinator for DG COMM. She was a member of the Brexit Task Force (2018–2019).
Previously, she has also held senior communication roles with UNDP in Ukraine and Moldova, the European Centre for Disease Prevention and Control (ECDC), and the European Training Foundation (ETF).
Anna Mitelman joined the ‘EPSO family’ in January 2023, as Head of the European School of Administration (EuSA).
Anna has 10 years of experience managing Learning and Development (L&D) as Head of Unit for Human Resources (HR) in the European Committee of the Regions, where apart from L&D and talent management she was also responsible for many other HR fields such as Rights & Obligations, Medical and social service, traineeships and more.
She is committed to lifelong learning herself and is convinced that organisations that understand this and invest in L&D will always be one step ahead. Her vision for the School is to make sure that EuSA is, and always remains, a centre of innovation and excellence.
Anna lives with her husband and two teenage sons in Brussels.
Angela joined the Civil Service of the European Institutions in July 1993 in the department for the Environment in the European Commission.
After two years, she moved on to more HR related issues and began her career in the Recruitment service of the European Commission - which was later to be integrated into what is now the European Personnel Selection Office (EPSO). She has held a variety of positions within EPSO, from being a member of the Task Force responsible for the implementation of the EPSO Development Programme (EDP), Head of the Selection Management office in charge of monitoring all competitions and selections, Head of Unit for the e-Selection and Test development unit, Head of the Planning and Coordination Unit to her current post as Head of the Test development and Delivery unit.
Since November 2020, she has been deputising for the Director of EPSO.
Angela is married and has two children.
