If your ID doesn’t bear your name and photo on the same side, please upload one single PDF file showing both sides of the ID to your Candidate account AND inform EPSO accordingly via the contact form.

During the ID check on the test day, you should take a picture of the side of your ID that shows your photograph.

• Before starting with your application, make sure that all the details in your Candidate profile are up to date.
• You must read the Call for Expression of Interest to make sure you meet all the eligibility requirements.
• You will find the link to apply via the EU Careers website.
• Leave yourself plenty of time to complete your application, as it requires considerable work.
• Before validating your application, check the content of the application tab by tab.
• You can complete your application in any of the 24 official EU languages.
• Indicate any specific accommodations needed for taking the tests. Information is also available on EU Careers website. Contact us immediately if you need help with your online application.
• EPSO’s systems support the most commonly used Internet browsers. If you encounter issues, please consider changing the browser first before contacting us. The use of mobile devices to fill in the application form is not recommended.
• As soon as you saved your application for the first time, you will receive an application number. Please always mention this number in your correspondence with EPSO.
• You can edit most of your application any time after you have submitted it. The languages for the tests can however only be edited by EPSO and under certain conditions. After a candidate was preselected by a recruiting service, the languages for the tests can no longer be changed. If you want to change the languages for the tests, you must contact EPSO.
• Don’t forget to update your application(s) at least every six months if you wish to remain visible to the recruiting services. This applies regardless of whether you have passed or failed the tests.

You will receive your selection tests results for the contract staff selection procedure(CAST) via your Candidate account approximately 2-3 weeks after the tests.

Before publication, the results have been previously verified, approved and validated. Once the results communicated, the accuracy of the questions can no longer be challenged.
