Dovoľujeme si pripomenúť, že práca a rokovania výberovej komisie sú dôverné a každej osobe, ktorá nie je jej členom, je zakázané pokúšať sa o akýkoľvek kontakt s jej členmi, s výnimkou uchádzačov, ktorí uplatnia právo na odvolanie, ktoré im prislúcha, a majú možnosť (prostredníctvom úradu EPSO) písomnou formou a v súlade s postupmi stanovenými vo Všeobecných pravidlách platných pre verejné výberové konania vzniesť námietky predsedovi výberovej komisie.
