Seuls les candidats exerçant les voies de recours dont ils disposent sont autorisés (par l'intermédiaire d'EPSO) à présenter leurs observations au président du jury, par écrit et dans le respect des procédures établies dans les dispositions générales applicables aux concours généraux.
