Samo kandidati koji ostvaruju svoje pravo na žalbu mogu se (preko EPSO-a), pisanim putem i u skladu s postupcima utvrđenima u Općim pravilima otvorenih natječaja, obratiti predsjedniku povjerenstva za odabir.
