Kas man jādara, ja esmu uzaicināts kārtot testus, bet vairs nevēlos piedalīties?

Yes, you can be pre-selected (shortlisted) for more than one profile and/or function group.
If pre-selected more than once (by more than one recruiter) for the same profile in the same function group, you will only take the tests once.
If pre-selected for different profiles/function groups, you will be invited to sit the tests for these profiles/function groups in the order in which the requests were sent to EPSO by the recruiting services.
Neither the recruiter nor the candidates or EPSO can influence the order of test requests being processed.

The type of contract will depend on many elements including on the recruiting service.

Kad un kur man būs jākārto EPSO rīkotie atlases testi līgumdarbinieku atlases procedūrā?
Līgumdarbinieki (FG I, II, III, IV)
Kārtot EPSO rīkotos atlases testus tiks uzaicināti tikai tie kandidāti, kurus priekšatlasījuši darbā pieņemšanas dienesti.
Ja tiksiet atlasīts, EPSO kontā saņemsiet aicinājumu kārtot testu. Šie uzaicinājumi kandidātu EPSO kontos parasti tiek publicēti vismaz divas nedēļas pirms testa kārtošanas datuma. Pārbaudiet savu EPSO kontu vismaz reizi trijās kalendārajās dienās. Jums tests ir jākārto norādītajā periodā.

Kad es uzzināšu, kas interesējas par manu profilu?

If pre-selected and successful in the tests, the recruiting services interested in your profile will contact you (via the e-mail address in your EPSO Account) and invite you for a competency test comprising interviews and/or other tests organised by the recruiting services.
EPSO does not provide information to candidates on which recruiting service is interested in them at any stage of the selection procedure.
Kas notiek tad, ja es sekmīgi nokārtoju EPSO rīkotos pārbaudījumus, bet ne ar pieņemšanu darbā saistītos pārbaudījumus?
Līgumdarbinieki (FG I, II, III, IV)
Darbā pieņemošie dienesti var katram vakantajam amatam uzaicināt vairākus kandidātus nokārtot ar pieņemšanu darbā saistītus testus. Šie dienesti paši lemj, kā tie attiecīgajiem kandidātiem sniedz atsauksmes par minēto testu rezultātiem.
Lai nu kā, ja jūs šoreiz neatlasīs, jūsu EPSO testu rezultāti būs derīgi vēl 10 gadus (*), sākot no dienas, kurā tie publicēti jūsu EPSO kontā.
Līdz ar to tas pats vai cits atlasītājs jūs var uzaicināt uz citām intervijām un/vai ar pieņemšanu darbā saistītiem testiem.
Ja vēlaties, lai jūsu pieteikums(-i) darbā pieņemošajiem dienestiem paliktu redzams(-i), neaizmirstiet to(-s) atjaunināt vismaz reizi sešos mēnešos.
(*) Tas attiecas tikai uz līgumdarbinieku atlases procedūrām (CAST/P). Ņemiet vērā, ka jūsu testu rezultāti ir derīgi tikai konkrētajai atlases procedūrai.
Kas notiek, ja es neizturu (loģiskās analīzes) pārbaudījumus līgumdarbinieku atlases procedūrai?
Līgumdarbinieki (FG I, II, III, IV)
Ja nenokārtojat līgumdarbinieku atlases procedūras pārbaudījumus, jums ir jāgaida 4 mēnešus, un tikai tad jūs drīkst atkal uzaicināt tai pašai vai augstākai funkciju grupai. Šo 4 mēnešu laikā jūs joprojām var uzaicināt uz pārbaudījumiem zemākai funkciju grupai.
Šis gaidīšanas periods sākas no pārbaudījuma kārtošanas dienas.
Ņemiet vērā, ka pēc gaidīšanas perioda darbā pieņemošajiem dienestiem nav obligāta pienākuma jūs uzaicināt vēlreiz.
Kas notiks tad, ja man izdosies nokārtot EPSO rīkotos pārbaudījumus?

If you pass the tests for the contract staff selection procedure (the reasoning tests) you will be invited for an interview and/or further tests by the recruiting service.
The validity of the reasoning tests results (from the date when the results have been published in your EPSO Account) is 10 years.
The results are always valid for the function group for which you were tested and for any lower function group.
