With the approval of its Management Board, EPSO has decided to postpone the publication of the AD5 generalist competition that was foreseen for July 2025. The date of publication will be communicated at a later stage after the summer.

EPSO is aware of the fact that this competition is eagerly awaited by citizens as a route to an EU career and of the disappointment this news may generate. 
However, the postponement decision was not taken lightly, and the launching of this competition remains a high priority goal in EPSO’s overall planning.

EPSO is aware that some candidates experienced certain technical difficulties with their online tests on 14 May.

We are currently processing the enquiries received and analysing the complaints submitted within the deadline (17/05/2025). EPSO will reply to the candidates concerned as soon as possible. 
As per usual procedure, a retest may be offered for candidates where the complaint is found to be valid (see EPSO Complaint Resolution Policy).

Veuillez noter que ces documents ne doivent PAS être téléchargés et liés dans votre compte EPSO. Toutes les pièces justificatives doivent être jointes au plus tard le 07/10/25 (midi, heure de Luxembourg) exclusivement dans le CV de votre Single Candidate Portal.

Un champ spécifique permettant de télécharger une copie de votre carte d’identité/passeport est actuellement développé par les services informatiques sur le Single Candidate Portal.

Dans l’intervalle, les candidats doivent télécharger une copie de leur carte d’identité/passeport dans une autre section de leur CV, telle que la partie éducation/diplôme. EPSO espère que cette question sera résolue dans les meilleurs délais.
