Corrigendum in NL for ongoing competitions EPSO/AD/425/25, EPSO/AD/426/25 and AD/427/26

We have corrected a translation mistake in the Dutch version of the General Rules, for the following ongoing competitions:

The correction was made on page 14, point 7.2.2(6)(a):

CAST testing dates: cancellation of the 4 March testing event

We regret to inform CAST candidates that the CAST testing planned for 4 March is cancelled as the update of the TestWe platform is still ongoing. 

If the update is completed in time, the next CAST testing will take place on 31 March as planned. 

The TAO platform used for open competitions is not affected by this update.

A new addendum to the call for expressions of interest has been published on 17 February 2026 and updated on 13 March 2026

It is aimed at clarifying the grounds for disqualification.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR ALL CANDIDATES

Candidates are reminded not to use third-party sign-ins like eID, Facebook, or Google to create their EU Login account.

If you have already created such an account, and submitted your application, you must create a new EU Login account and a new profile in the Single Candidate Portal. You will also have to create a new CV and apply again for the competition. Please follow the instructions for your new application.

The application submitted in the account created with a third-party sign-in must be withdrawn by you before the deadline for applications (17/10/2025 12:00 midday, Brussels time).

Housing allowance for eligible EU staff based in Luxembourg

Several EU institutions with staff based in Luxembourg have adopted a new measure to help their staff in Luxembourg cope with high living costs. Eligible EU staff members in specific grades will be able to receive a housing allowance that can go up to 500 euros per month. This housing allowance can be combined with housing support measures provided by the Luxembourg state.

Behaviour leading to possible disqualification

EPSO, and the competitions’ Selection Boards, would like to take this opportunity to remind candidates that cheating during the tests, recording online tests or attempting to manipulate the fair conduct of tests, or compromising the integrity of the competition process in any other way, may lead to their disqualification from the competition. 
Such behaviour also covers the sharing of test content, online or in any other way.

Language 4 in the application form

For the competition: EPSO/AD/423/25 (all languages), candidates must indicate the language in which they wish to sit the reasoning skills tests* as Language 4 in their application form. Any of the 24 EU official languages can be chosen as Language 4.

Please note that the choice of languages cannot be modified after the deadline for applications. For more information about Languages 1, 2 and 3 in this competition, please refer to the Notice of Competition.
