Yes - non-permanent staff (Temporary Agent, Contract Agent, External Contractor, Trainee, Auxiliary Agent, Seconded National Expert, etc.) should not apply for competitions from corporate EU login accounts as access to these accounts are lost after contract ends.

We strongly recommend that non-permanent staff create external EU Login with a private e-mail address. Instructions on how to create an external EU Login account using your private email address are available at How to create a Single candidate portal account.
