IT Administrator
Job description
IT Administrators work in fields such as advanced technology, data analysis, digital workplace, office automation, mobile computing, Information and Communication Technology (ICT) security, IT infrastructure.
Their duties include keeping IT services running, providing technical analysis and advice, managing data network services, developing software, applying system integrity and security procedures, among many others.
Key qualifications
You must have a good command of at least two EU languages; a degree or post-graduate qualification in information and communication technology, for entry at grade AD 5 (the entry-level for officials at administrator level) and several years’ relevant experience to join at a more senior level (grade AD 7).
