There are approximatively 12 traineeship opportunities per year in the different legal and administrative fields relevant for the Agency such as: casework, GEN/JITs/EJN network secretariat, data management, communications, corporate affairs, financial, human resources, events organisation, IT and administrative law.

Who can apply: University graduates who are nationals of a Member State or candidate countries. Candidates should have a good knowledge of English (minimum B2 level) as the working language of Eurojust.

INNOVATIVE HEALTH INITIATVE JOINT UNDERTAKING (IHI JU) is looking for a Graphic design trainee (IHI/2024/TRAINEE/001).

The traineeship programme aims to provide trainees with work experience in the field of maritime safety legislation, response to pollution at sea and cooperation among member states in safety at sea matters. In-service training enables trainees to acquire practical experience by means of their work and put into practice the knowledge they have acquired during their academic studies or professional careers in the areas of maritime safety, communication or administration.

Who can apply: Nationals of EU Member States, Iceland, Norway and candidate countries benefiting from a pre-acession strategy, who have a good knowledge of English. Candidates must have completed the first cycle of a higher education course (university education) and obtained a full degree.

Duration: 6-12 months

The F4E Traineeship Programme offers university graduates the chance to contribute to the work of F4E and gain first-hand professional experience. Fusion for Energy (F4E) is the European Union’s organisation managing Europe’s contribution to ITER, the world’s largest scientific partnership that aims to demonstrate fusion as a viable and sustainable source of energy. ITER brings together seven parties that represent half of the world’s population – the EU, Russia, Japan, China, India, South Korea, and the United States.  

F4E also supports fusion research and development initiatives through the Broader Approach Agreement, signed with Japan – a fusion energy partnership which will last for 10 years. 

Ultimately, F4E will contribute towards the construction of demonstration fusion reactors.  

What are the selection requirements?

• To be national of a Member State of the European Union. This call is also open to candidates from Ukraine.
• Have obtained a university degree within the last three (3) years before the closing date for applications.
• Have a good knowledge of English, minimum level B2 according to Common European Framework for Languages (CEFR).
• Have never been a trainee (paid or unpaid) and/or have never had any other kind of employment in any European Institution before.

Duration: from 6 to 12 months, renewable.

Paid: Yes. The selected trainees receive a monthly grant according to the cost-of-living of each location plus compensation of travel expenses at the beginning and at end of the traineeship.

Starting Date: October 2024.

Clean Aviation Joint Undertaking is looking for candidates to join the Project Management Unit as trainee (6-month). The start date of the traineeship will be 1st March 2024.

Clean Aviation JU is located in Brussels and this position requires presence in the office.

The ideal candidate will:

• Be national of one of the Member States of the EU and enjoy full rights as citizens.
• Have a level of post-secondary education attested by a diploma.
• Have a very good command of written and spoken English.
• Demonstrate a good knowledge of Windows tools such as Word, Power Point, Excel, web based systems.

Candidates must provide copies of the diplomas or other relevant certificates.

The purpose of the programme is to provide trainees with an understanding of the Centre and its role within the activities of the European Union while also providing an opportunity to acquire practical knowledge and professional experience.

Η Γενική Γραμματεία του Συμβουλίου της Ευρωπαϊκής Ένωσης προσφέρει κάθε χρόνο 4-6 θέσεις αμειβόμενης πρακτικής άσκησης σε διάφορους τομείς, οι οποίες προορίζονται για ασκούμενες και ασκούμενους με αναπηρία.

Ποιοι/Ποιες μπορούν να υποβάλουν αίτηση: Αυτές οι θέσεις πρακτικής άσκησης προορίζονται αποκλειστικά για αποφοίτους και τριτοετείς, τεταρτοετείς ή πεμπτοετείς φοιτητές και φοιτήτριες πανεπιστημίου με ιθαγένεια χώρας της ΕΕ και αναγνωρισμένη αναπηρία. 

Διάρκεια: 5 μήνες

Αμειβόμενη: Ναι. 2 065,32 ευρώ καθαρά τον μήνα, επιστροφή εξόδων ταξιδιού και εκπτωτική κάρτα του εστιατορίου της ΓΓΣ. Κατόπιν υποβολής κατάλληλης αιτιολόγησης, οι ασκούμενες και οι ασκούμενοι με αναπηρία μπορούν να λάβουν συμπληρωματικό ποσό που αντιστοιχεί έως και στο ήμισυ της υποτροφίας πρακτικής άσκησης.
