Η πρακτική άσκηση στην ΕΕ προσφέρει στους πτυχιούχους μια μοναδική ευκαιρία να αποκτήσουν πρακτική εμπειρία στα θεσμικά και λοιπά όργανα και οργανισμούς της Ευρωπαϊκής Ένωσης. Τα προγράμματα πρακτικής άσκησης διαρκούν συνήθως πέντε μήνες και είναι αμειβόμενα με μηνιαία αποζημίωση περίπου 1 400 ευρώ, ανάλογα με το θεσμικό όργανο.
Οι ασκούμενοι συμβάλλουν σε έργα σε διάφορους τομείς, από τη δημόσια διοίκηση, το δίκαιο και την κυβερνοασφάλεια έως τον ψηφιακό μετασχηματισμό, την υγεία, την πολιτική για το κλίμα, τα οικονομικά, τη μετάφραση, την επικοινωνία και τους ανθρώπινους πόρους. Αποκτούν πρακτική γνώση της διαδικασίας λήψης αποφάσεων της ΕΕ, αναπτύσσουν επαγγελματικές δεξιότητες και εργάζονται σε πολιτικές που διαμορφώνουν τις ζωές εκατομμυρίων ανθρώπων σε ένα πολυπολιτισμικό και δυναμικό περιβάλλον.

Who can apply:
- Nationality: you are eligible if you are a citizen of an EU Member State or an EFTA country.
- Education: you must have successfully completed a post-secondary education of at least 3 years (minimum EQF 6 level): this includes Bachelor’s degree, Master’s degree, PhD, or equivalent qualifications; obtained within 3 years by the closing date for applications.
- Language: you need to demonstrate a C1 level of English proficiency in all areas according to the CEFR.
- Previous experience: you must have NOT previously benefited from any paid or unpaid traineeship or employment within an EU institution for more than 6 weeks.
