When I try to start an application, I am redirected back to the homepage. Is there a problem with the system?

No, this is not a technical problem. Please read the message displayed in the pop-up carefully. As explained in the message displayed in the pop-up, some mandatory information in your account is missing.

Before starting your application, you must indicate the following in your account:

  • -  in “My CV”: at least 2 official EU languages in the “Language Skills” AND at least 1 “Education and Training” AND a copy of your ID document
  • -  for internal candidates only: check that you have inserted your personal email address in “My Profile”

Once this information is completed, you will be able to start the application normally.
