Upload of supporting documents – deadline: 12/02/2026
Some candidates received a letter in their Single Candidate Portal account about “Reminder - Please upload your supporting documents” on 07 February 2026. We would kindly ask you to ignore this letter.
Below candidates in the competition EPSO/AD/425/25 find useful information.
Please disregard this information if you already submitted your supporting documents during the application period by uploading your documents, including your ID, via your CV before 17 October 2025 at 12.00 (midday), Brussels time.
If you still need to submit your supporting documents, including your ID, we kindly remind you of the approaching deadline (12 February 2026 at 12:00 (midday) Brussels time) for submitting these for competition EPSO/AD/425/25 – Administrators (AD 7).
This is very important as candidates who fail to submit their supporting documents may be excluded from the competition (see Annex “General rules” of the Notice of Competition, section 6 point 1.c).
The supporting documents can be in any of the 24 official EU languages.
Please upload every single document to the declared element in your CV in your online application. The Selection Board will only consult documents uploaded to the relevant element in your application for this competition.
After the application period closes and before the deadline for submitting supporting documents closes, supporting documents must be uploaded directly to the application (and not to the CV section of your account) by clicking on the existing elements and attaching the documents via the paperclip.
If you must submit a new copy of your ID, please upload it in the ID Document section of your application.
Check if you have provided all necessary documentary evidence for your application. Each declared element of your online application form (education & training, professional experience, ID document) must be supported by relevant documents as it will otherwise not be considered. Language skills do not have to be supported by a document.
Please ensure that your educational qualifications, or the statement of equivalency, contain your name and bear the stamps, signatures and serial numbers (if applicable).
Concerning the professional activity, some official documents do not contain both the detailed description of duties performed and the stamp/name/signature. Therefore, you are allowed to provide the required elements in different documents. However, it must be clearly visible on each document that it emanates from your employer, e.g. contain the logo and a header containing the company name.
Please consult Annex “General rules”, 2. “Education, experience, supporting documents” of the Notice of Competition and the section “How to apply for a competition – Overview on our website”.
At any phase of the procedure, you may be requested (typically, via a communication in your Single Candidate Portal profile) to provide additional information or documents.
Please note that this message does not imply in any way that you are successful in any test mentioned in section 4.3. of the Notice of Competition.
The results of your tests and of the verification of your eligibility will be communicated at the end of the selection process, as mentioned in section 4.3. of the Notice of Competition.
