U kunt controleren of uw inschrijving is ingediend door op “Mijn inschrijvingen/sollicitaties” te klikken in uw account op het kandidaatportaal. Als uw inschrijving de status “Validated” (gevalideerd) heeft, betekent dit dat deze is ingediend.

U kunt wellicht particuliere bedrijven tegenkomen die tegen betaling voorbereidingscursussen, oefenmateriaal of coaching voor vergelijkende onderzoeken van EPSO aanbieden. Dit zijn onafhankelijke bedrijven die niet gesteund worden door EPSO of de EU-instellingen en daar geen banden mee hebben.
Wees voorzichtig als u berichten, websites of posts op sociale media ziet die suggereren dat u een vergoeding moet betalen om u in te schrijven voor een vergelijkend onderzoek van EPSO.

If you receive the following message: "No Trusted Platform or Security Key found."
This means you have not yet configured your EU login with the second-factor authentication method (trusted platform).

This means you need to create a new EU Login account.
What to do:
Please use a different email (never used for any EU Login account before) to create a new EU login, following the instructions on How to create a Single candidate portal account.
If you get the following popup message with a “Profile requirement notice” (see the picture below) :

This means you have created your account using a third-party sign-in option such as: eID (such as itsme, SPID, ROeID, DigiD, etc.), Facebook or Google. Accounts using third-party sign-in methods are blocked from applying to EPSO competitions.
What to do:
You must create a new account (please use a different web browser) following the instructions on How to create a Single candidate portal account.
For the deletion of the account created using third-party sign-in option (user ID that start with “v00”) please contact EU Login helpdesk.
As explained in the message displayed in the pop-up, some mandatory information in your account must be filled before you can start the application:
Once this information is completed, you will be able to start the application normally.

As a general rule, candidates must have obtained the minimum entry qualifications specified in the Notice of Competition / Call for Expression of Interest by the application deadline. Qualifications awarded after this date are not taken into account.
However, by way of exception, for the Graduate Administrators competition (AD5), candidates must have a level of education corresponding to completed university studies of at least three years, attested by a diploma, the award of which must have been decided no later than 30 September 2026, irrespective of the application deadline. Please see Annex III of the Notice of competition for examples of minimum qualifications.

Please note that in order to benefit from reasonable adjustments to the selection tests, you will have to produce a certificate confirming your disability or medical condition issued by a competent national organisation and/or a specialist.
Don’t forget to fill your application and the form by the deadline for application.
