Não, nunca se paga para participar num concurso do EPSO.
A candidatura e a participação nos processos de seleção do EPSO são gratuitas.
O EPSO não cobra taxas de inscrição ou de participação em nenhuma fase do processo de concurso.
Existem empresas privadas que propõem cursos de preparação, material de formação ou coaching contra pagamento para os concursos do EPSO. Mas essas empresas funcionam de forma independente e não estão associadas nem são aprovadas pelo EPSO nem pelas instituições europeias.

Para verificar se a sua candidatura foi apresentada, clique em «As minhas candidaturas» na sua conta do Portal Único do Candidato. Se o estado da candidatura for «Validada», tal significa que a mesma foi apresentada.

No, you don’t need a certificate or a diploma to prove the knowledge of your languages. You will sit the tests in the 2 languages chosen by you in the application form.

As a general rule, candidates must have obtained the minimum entry qualifications specified in the Notice of Competition / Call for Expression of Interest by the application deadline. Qualifications awarded after this date are not taken into account.
However, by way of exception, for the Graduate Administrators competition (AD5), candidates must have a level of education corresponding to completed university studies of at least three years, attested by a diploma, the award of which must have been decided no later than 30 September 2026, irrespective of the application deadline. Please see Annex III of the Notice of competition for examples of minimum qualifications.

Please note that in order to benefit from reasonable adjustments to the selection tests, you will have to produce a certificate confirming your disability or medical condition issued by a competent national organisation and/or a specialist.
