Below you will find important information on how to use the Single Candidate Portal. The Portal is available in all 24 official EU languages. However, despite our best efforts, EPSO cannot rule out that in some cases certain sections may not be fully translated or that the translation may not be the most accurate. In such cases, English remains the reference language. If you encounter any issues accessing the Portal or completing your application form, please contact us.
EPSO is committed to ensuring a fair and transparent examination process for all candidates. However, we acknowledge that technical issues may occasionally occur during online tests. To address this, we have established this Complaint Resolution Policy for Testing Events, designed to ensure that such issues are handled promptly and fairly. Our goal is to provide every candidate with a respectful, equitable, and reliable testing experience. You can also download this policy in a WORD and a PDF versions. Currently only available in EN.
The following ‘ Dos & Don’ts’ have been put together to bring your attention to some of the core aspects of the new testing environment and to ensure that candidates can have a positive testing experience. The ‘Dos & Don’ts’, including the recommendations do not replace in any way the notice of competition, and the instructions issued by EPSO and by the test provider to candidates, before and during testing sessions. Candidates should always read those documents carefully and follow the instructions and information contained.

These tests require a third party – an external contractor – to take control of your computer while you take the test. Among other things, this prevents candidates from browsing the internet or running applications outside the remit of the tests. In the digital...
