The European Labour Authority (ELA) is organising a selection procedure for the traineeship programme 2026/2027.

The traineeship may last a minimum of six and a maximum of 12 months. Traineeship agreements are initially offered for a period of six months with the option for extension.

Traineeships are planned to begin in October 2026.
