Transition to remotely proctored testing for all EPSO competitions is a strategic choice endorsed by its Management Board (EPSO’s interinstitutional governing body). Our objective is to be faster and more modern, while contributing to the EU’s ‘green policy’ and ensuring cost efficiency. This is an evolutionary development bringing EPSO in line with current international standards for large-scale staff selection procedures.
EPSO understands that remotely proctored testing is new to many people. We want to make sure that all candidates can become familiar with the way remotely proctored testing works in practice. For that reason we have created a number of public notes aimed at giving you as much information and guidance as possible, before you even apply to our selection procedures and are invited to test.
As of 2023, all competitions are run via remotely proctored tests as decided by EPSO’s management board. This brings a significant gain cost and efficiency-wise, and it is also more environmentally friendly.

Kako odpovem termin za računalniško podprto testiranje?
Če ste se odločili, da testov ne boste opravljali, odpovejte svoj termin, da bo na voljo drugim kandidatom. To lahko naredite na spletu, in sicer najpozneje 48 ur pred rezerviranim datumom testa.
Odpoved termina je nepreklicna, vaše sodelovanje v izbirnem postopku se s tem konča.

Ali moji rezultati testov z vprašanji izbirnega tipa veljajo tudi za druge izbirne postopke?
Rezultati testov v okviru javnega natečaja se lahko upoštevajo le v zadevnem natečaju, ne pa tudi v drugih natečajih ali izbirnih postopkih CAST/P. Izjema: pod določenimi pogoji lahko rezultati testov v izbirnem postopku CAST/P veljajo tudi v okviru drugih izbirnih postopkov CAST/P.

All competitions are run online via remote proctored tests. EPSO started this transition during the pandemic, and the vast majority of candidates have welcomed the flexibility provided.
Remote proctoring via our external contractor allows candidates to sit the tests securely in a remote location with their own computer.
When taking a remotely proctored test, candidates will be continuously monitored using various monitoring tools.
Exams are continuously monitored for suspicious activity or behaviour by video and audio recordings.

You will receive an attendance certificate by email upon completion of your test.
Koga povabite na naslednji del izbirnega postopka?
V naslednji del izbirnega postopka se lahko uvrsti samo določeno število kandidatov, zato povabimo samo kandidate, ki so dosegli najboljše rezultate: njihovi rezultati so enaki ali višji od določenega mejnega števila točk.
Seznam uspešnih kandidatov sestavi natečajna komisija po padajočem vrstnem redu glede na doseženi rezultat.

In order to define the threshold, candidates' scores are ranked in descending order. The board then selects the top-ranking candidates that can be invited to the next stage of the competition. The threshold is the score of the last candidate on this list.
