We remind candidates participating in the competition EPSO/AD/425/25 in the field of Building management that the deadline for completing the mandatory prerequisite test is Friday, 23 January 2026, at midnight (CET).

In case of technical difficulties experienced while taking the prerequisite test, candidates must contact the TAO helpdesk immediately:

The helpdesk is available Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 18:00 (CET)

Candidates who contact the helpdesk on the last day of the availability of the prerequisite test, may not receive a response in time. They are therefore strongly advised not to wait until the last day to complete the prerequisite test.

Complaints related to technical issues during the tests on 27 January 2026 will not be admissible where the candidate has failed to complete the mandatory prerequisite test.
