You will have noticed that our website now has a revamped look and feel.

The revamp serves 3 purposes:

• You will find the website easier and more logical to navigate, also on a mobile device. 
• We have restructured various pages, so you find information quickly.
• All pages are now swiftly available in the 24 EU languages via a revised language function on top of the page. 

Further improvements will be introduced in the coming months.

The competition EPSO/AD/423/25 for lawyer-linguists/legal revisers is now reaching its end. As we are using a new IT tool to communicate the results, we will release them gradually to ensure that everything works correctly. Result letters will therefore be published in the Single Candidate Portal accounts in stages, language by language, over the coming weeks. If you have not yet received your results, it may simply be because your language has not been published yet. 

Thank you for your patience — the letters are on their way.

The results of the testing session for Contract staff of 7 May 2026 will be published in the candidate accounts at the end of June 2026.

As the application deadline for the competition in different fields of ICT (10 June at midday) approaches, we would like to remind you of the following important information:

1. Your Responsibility: It is your responsibility to ensure that your application is submitted correctly and on time. 
   If you encounter any technical or administrative issues, please contact us as soon as possible.
2. Support Timeline: Please note that EPSO’s standard reply time is of 5 working days.

More than 7000 people applied for the AD7 specialist competition for auditor profiles that closed for application on 19 May 2026. We want to thank all candidates for their interest in the competition. 

We are aware of a technical glitch that affected some candidates – we are now reviewing all individual cases. If you wrote to us, we will revert to you in due time. We kindly ask you not to send any reminders.

The issue was solved for applications submitted after 22 May. Candidates whose application are affected by the issue will be contacted by EPSO in June via their Single Candidate Portal account.

More than 170 000 people have applied to the AD5 Graduate competition which closed for applications on 10 March 2026 at 12h00 midday.

Here is the final breakdown per Member State:

Of this total, 90% of the applicants is currently not working for the EU institutions. 

As announced earlier, testing will start in Autumn.
