About the programme

For the 11th consecutive year, the European Parliament is launching its Positive Action Programme — a pathway designed to facilitate the employment of persons with disabilities as contract agents in the European Parliament’s Secretariat. The programme contributes to building a diverse and inclusive talent pool within the EU’s only directly elected institution.

This unique programme offers a one-year contract, with the possibility of extension, and the opportunity to be placed in a recruitment database for future contract agent roles.
