Reminder to upload supporting documents before 20/03/2026 at 12:00 (midday) Brussels time (16/03/2026)

Please disregard this information if you have already submitted your supporting documents for this competition.

If you still need to submit your supporting documents, including your ID, the deadline is 20/03/2026 at 12:00 (midday) Brussels time.

This is very important as candidates who fail to submit their supporting documents before this deadline may be excluded from the competition (see Annex “General rules” of the Notice of Competition, section “Disqualification from the competition”).

Upload every single document to the declared element in your application. The Selection Board will only consult documents uploaded to the relevant element in your application for this competition.

At this stage of the competition, you must upload supporting documents directly to your application. Do not upload supporting documents to the CV - the data you add to your CV after the deadline for applications closes will not be transferred to your application.

Go to My account - My applications – My submitted applications - click on your application Unique id - scroll down to the bottom of your application - click on the existing entries (Education & Training, etc.) and attach the documents via the paperclip. There is no save button. Uploads are saved automatically.

Language skills do not need to be supported by a document.

Supporting documents, which can be submitted in any of the 24 official EU languages, do not need to be translated. They may be uploaded in the format of your choice (PNG, JPG, or PDF). A 20MB file size restriction applies to each file/document.

If you need to submit a new copy of your ID, attach it to the ID document section of your application, that is in addition to the document that is already uploaded. The fact that the validity end date cannot be changed is not an issue.

Ensure that your educational qualifications, or the diploma recognition documents, contain your name (mandatory) and bear the relevant stamps, signatures and serial numbers (only if applicable).

Concerning the professional activity, some official documents do not contain both the detailed description of duties performed and the stamp/name/signature. However, the name of your employer (i.e. logo, a header containing the company name, etc.) must be visible on your documents.

For more information, see Annex “General rules”, section “Education, experience, supporting documents” of the Notice of Competition and How to fill in the application form | EU Careers on the EPSO website.

Please note that this reminder does not imply in any way that you are successful in any test mentioned in section “Competition phases” of the Notice of Competition.

The results of your tests and of the verification of your eligibility will be communicated at the end of the selection process, as mentioned in section “Establishment of the reserve lists” of the Notice of Competition
