Stages dans les institutions et organismes de l’UE
Les stages proposés par les institutions européennes sont reconnus comme une occasion à saisir pour les diplômés. Ce programme, qui donne un aperçu inégalé des institutions de l’UE, attire des candidats venant de toute l’Union. Si la gouvernance européenne et les relations internationales vous intéressent, si vous souhaitez acquérir une expérience pratique dans l’élaboration de politiques qui influencent des millions de personnes, nous vous recommandons de poser votre candidature pour un des stages qui sont organisés deux fois par an et durent généralement 5 mois. Les stages sont rémunérés, le montant de la rémunération variant en fonction de l’organisme d’accueil (environ 1 300 EUR/mois).
Principales caractéristiques
Les stages sont conçus pour les personnes titulaires d’un diplôme qui souhaitent prendre part aux activités stratégiques de l’Union européenne. Les participants sont placés dans différentes institutions, organes et organismes de l’UE, où ils contribuent à des projets qui correspondent à leur expertise. Ce programme offre des enseignements précieux sur le processus décisionnel et les politiques de l’UE, des possibilités de réseautage avec des professionnels, une expérience dans un environnement dynamique et multiculturel et une occasion de développer des compétences professionnelles utiles.
Vous toucherez à divers domaines d’action, de l’administration publique à la cybersécurité, des efforts de transformation numérique aux questions de santé, en passant par le droit de l’espace, la politique économique et les initiatives en matière de changement climatique. Les autres domaines proposés sont la traduction, la communication, les ressources humaines et la diplomatie.
C’est une occasion d’améliorer vos compétences professionnelles, de collaborer avec des équipes multiculturelles, d’apporter une contribution tangible à des projets importants, et de vous épanouir.

ECDC offers a traineeship programme targeted at recent university graduates who are at the beginning of their professional careers. The purpose of the programme is to provide trainees with an understanding of the Centre and its role within the activities of the European Union while also providing an opportunity to acquire practical knowledge and professional experience.
The duration of the 2026 traineeships will be between a minimum of five months and a maximum of eight months. Successful candidates will have an education and background relevant to ECDC’s activities.

The EBA traineeship programme is designed to bring recent graduates with Management, Law, Administration, Business, Finance, Accounting, Audit, or other relevant to the area in question into the Finance & Procurement Unit of the Authority to contribute to various projects and topics.

Traineeships - CDT
The Translation Centre for the Bodies of the European Union, established in Luxembourg in 1994, offers traineeships for university graduates or students.
This trainee programme includes six positions in 2025:

The European Labour Authority (ELA) is organising a selection procedure for the traineeship programme 2025/2026.
The traineeship may last a minimum of six and a maximum of 12 months. Traineeship agreements are initially offered for a period of six months with the option for extension.
Traineeships are planned to begin in October 2025.

One of the aims of the traineeship at the FRA are to allow trainees to contribute to the Agency’s mission in helping to make fundamental rights a reality for everyone in the EU.
The traineeship is offered to recent university graduates (at least one month before starting the traineeship) and persons who would benefit from initial work experience, without excluding those who have recently obtained a university diploma or are at the beginning of a new professional career. To be eligible for a traineeship, you must also have completed your most recent studies no more than three years prior to the deadline for applications.
How to apply?
Please complete your application in English. Only applications received via the FRA e-recruitment platform will be accepted. It is not possible to submit an application by email.
In your application, you must specify which unit and sector you are applying for. You can indicate only one entity.
Please note that no employment of any form can be offered following the end of the traineeship period unless through a recruitment procedure against a vacancy notice published on the FRA website.
To be eligible for a traineeship at FRA, you must meet the following conditions:
- Be a national of one of the Member States of the European Union (27), EEA countries (3) or EU candidate countries (Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Georgia, Moldova, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Serbia, Turkey, and Ukraine) or potential candidate countries (Kosovo);
- Have a very good knowledge of English, the working language of FRA (B2);
- Have completed university studies (obtained a degree diploma) by one month prior to the start date of the traineeship (i.e. no later than 1 September 2025) and no more than 3 years prior to the start date of the traineeship.
Duration: 10 months, from 1 October 2025 – 31 July 2026.
The trainee will be required to work on a full-time basis at the FRA premises in Vienna. One position is located in Brussels, Belgium. For this position, the grant is adjusted to the salary coefficient applicable in Belgium.
Monthly basic salary: 1,574.00€
