We are happy to inform you that our Contract Agent selection tests (known in our jargon as ‘CAST-Permanent’ or simply as ‘CAST-P’), will go ahead as planned in April 2023. If you have been invited (shortlisted) by one of the recruiting services of the EU institutions EPSO works for, you will be contacted soon via your EPSO account. The Prometric test centre in Luxembourg is currently closed until 18/02/2021 due to relocation of the site. We are aware that with the current situation candidates also face travel restrictions and would have difficulties to reach another test centre. Please refer to the information in the invitation letter and in particular the instructions for candidates of contract agents selection procedures (CAST) invited for tests in February 2021. If you are not able to book and sit your test, you will be reinvited again to the tests in March 2021. The new invitation will be published in the EPSO accounts on the first day of the booking period.

This message concerns the selection procedures EPSO/CAST/P/1-18/2017, EPSO/CAST/P/19-20/2018 and EPSO/CAST/P/21-22/2019. In order to facilitate its reading and comprehension, a consolidated version of the Call for Expressions of Interest including all the corrigenda and addenda has been published. On 5 April 2019, due to a technical incident, some candidates of CAST Permanent have received an empty booking confirmation in their EPSO Account. We kindly ask affected candidates to disregard this message as it was not triggered by a request of a recruiting service. EPSO apologises for any inconvenience caused.

Due to unforeseen circumstances the Stockholm test centre is currently not being used by our contractor (Prometric). These measures are in application until further notice. Please contact our contractor to make alternative arrangements.

The following NEW profile has been included in the "CAST Permanent" selection procedure: EPSO/CAST/P/19/2018 - Child care staff - FG II Candidates can apply as of 16 April 2018 and consult the Addendum to the Call and the Call on the same page. The Institutions are looking for staff able to perform tasks under the following categories: Educators/childminders for after-school facilities & outdoor childcare facility, Kindergarten teachers, Nursery nurses/childcare workers for children aged 0-3 in crèches etc. Please make sure to create a detailed application form in order to help the recruiters find the best candidates.
