Reasonable Accommodations
Candidates can request accommodations during a selection procedure by indicating their specific needs in the application form and providing supporting documents that explicitly describe the nature of their disability and justify the requested accommodations, such as:
- medical certificates
- disability certificates
- specialist reports
Each request is assessed individually by the EPSO Accessibility Team, based on:
- the candidate’s functional limitations
- the type of test and testing method
- the actions required during the test
- supporting documentation
External experts may be consulted when necessary, with full respect for data confidentiality. All personal and medical data are handled confidentially in accordance with EU data protection rules.
Please note
- accommodations are granted on a case-by-case basis
- final arrangements may differ from the initial request
- multiple medical conditions do not automatically lead to cumulative accommodations
- a certificate is only accepted as sufficient if it explicitly describes the nature of your disability and justifies the requested reasonable accommodations
