We are currently preparing important improvements to our online applications' system, including the candidates' EPSO accounts. These improvements will be implemented gradually from the end of July 2018 on. Some of them will soon be visible to candidates, such as an application form user interface (UI) in up to 24 EU official languages.

At the same time, your older applications (incl. letters and messages from EPSO) for competitions and selection procedures published before March-2010 might be impacted, and their rendering might not appear correctly. However, these applications will not be lost. They will stay in our database of successful candidates in line with our rules on personal data protection and candidates on an open reserve list can still be recruited.

However, candidates might consider accessing their EPSO Account to save or print a copy of their pre March-2010 application(s) and the relating correspondence. This should be done by July 16 2018.

We use this opportunity to remind candidates that they can upload and regularly update their CV in the EPSO account. This CV is automatically transferred to the recruiting services together with the application(s).
