The EU institutions are looking for professionals in four fields: project management in the building sector, architecture and project management, electrical engineering and project management, as well as heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) engineering and project management. Candidates may apply for only one of these fields, and successful applicants will be recruited as administrators at grade AD 7.
Recruited officials will be responsible for the planning, design, and implementation of building projects across the EU institutions. Duties include managing construction and renovation projects, ensuring compliance with sustainability, accessibility, safety, and security standards, and overseeing technical studies, budgets, tenders, and contracts. Project managers will also coordinate internal teams and external contractors, contribute to policy implementation, and uphold high standards of building performance, comfort, and environmental responsibility.
