We believe in and actively promote equality, diversity and inclusion throughout our selection procedures.

To better reflect the diversity of the European Union within the EU institutions, we are committed to attracting talented people from all backgrounds. We do this by raising awareness of EU career opportunities and our equality, diversity and inclusion policy, encouraging people from underrepresented groups to consider a career in the EU institutions or agencies and apply for our ongoing and future selection procedures.

If your organisation (including NGOs, equality bodies, umbrella organisations, associations and similar organisations) represents EU citizens from underrepresented groups—such as people from different ethnic backgrounds, persons with disabilities, people from different socio-economic backgrounds, LGBTQIA+ communities, or other minority groups—we would greatly appreciate your support in helping us connect with them.

We will provide you with information about job opportunities in the EU institutions, bodies and agencies, as well as ongoing and upcoming selection procedures, which you can share with your members.
