Reasonable Accommodations in EPSO Selection Procedures
EPSO provides reasonable accommodations for candidates with disabilities or medical conditions to ensure equal access to selection procedures.
Requesting accommodations
Candidates can request accommodations when applying for a selection procedure by indicating their specific needs in the application form and providing supporting documents such as:
- medical certificates
- disability certificates
- specialist reports
Each request is assessed individually by the EPSO Accessibility Team, based on:
- the candidate’s functional limitations
- the type of test and testing method
- the actions required during the test
- supporting documentation
External experts may be consulted when necessary, with full respect for data confidentiality. All personal and medical data are handled confidentially in accordance with EU data protection rules.
Please note
- accommodations are granted on a case-by-case basis
- final arrangements may differ from the initial request
- multiple medical conditions do not automatically lead to cumulative accommodations
