Estudantes Embaixadores EU Careers

Are you a university student interested in gaining work experience and contacts? Are you outgoing, motivated and enthusiastic about the EU?
Then you may be our next brand ambassador! We are looking for volunteers to promote EU career opportunities in a variety of universities across the EU.
You will:
- Find out more about EU career opportunities and promote them to your fellow students
- Build an exciting student network across Europe
- Gain work experience to give your CV extra weight
- Develop your skills in public speaking, marketing and human resources
- Receive a full induction training and coaching throughout the role
- Get to meet high-ranking EU officials
- Receive a reference letter based on your performance
- Funcionar como ponto de contacto dos estudantes interessados em trabalhar nas instituições, agências e outros organismos europeus
- Desenvolver redes universitárias e dar informações sobre o trabalho nas instituições, agências e outros organismos da UE
- Assegurar uma presença ativa em linha e nas redes sociais
- Fazer apresentações, participar em eventos realizados nas universidades sobre carreiras profissionais e procurar oradores interessantes
- Responder a perguntas sobre oportunidades de trabalho e de carreira profissional nas instituições, agências e outros organismos da UE
- Definir grupos-alvo e contactar serviços de comunicação universitários
- Elaborar listas de contactos e divulgar informações sobre as carreiras profissionais nas instituições, agências e outros organismos da UE através dos canais adequados
Saiba mais sobre os estudantes embaixadores EU Careers:
- Participar ou organizar, pelo menos, um evento ou apresentação EU Careers
- Consagrar, pelo menos, duas horas por semana ao papel de embaixador
- Comunicar regularmente com o seu coordenador EU Careers
- Participar em todas as ações de formação realizadas em linha pelo EPSO
- Conservar um registo das atividades e informar regularmente sobre o seu desenrolar
- Possuir excelentes capacidades de comunicação e de estabelecimento de contactos
- Ter vontade de partilhar e de aprender
- Possuir boas capacidades organizacionais
- Ter capacidade para produzir resultados de qualidade
Cabe aos estudantes embaixadores decidir qual a quantidade de trabalho promocional que podem desenvolver paralelamente aos seus estudos académicos. Estamos interessados em embaixadores que sejam criativos e que consigam encontrar formas inovadoras de promover as oportunidades de trabalhar para as instituições, agências e outros organismos da UE.
The selection process for the 2025/2026 academic year will start in February/March 2025.
Apply if you are:
- An EU citizen;
- Fluent in English and in the language of the country in which you are studying;
- Available to take part in our compulsory two-day training course in October 2025;
- Enrolled and present at the university for the entire duration of the ambassador post (October 2025 - September 2026);
Please note that the list of participating universities has been established in collaboration with national governments. Currently we are unable to support ambassadors from other universities.
