JOIN OUR TEAM
Are you a university student interested in gaining work experience and contacts? Are you outgoing, motivated and enthusiastic about the EU?
Then you may be our next brand ambassador! We are looking for volunteers to promote EU career opportunities in a variety of universities across the EU.
You will:
- Find out more about EU career opportunities and promote them to your fellow students
- Build an exciting student network across Europe
- Gain work experience to give your CV extra weight
- Develop your skills in public speaking, marketing and human resources
- Receive a full induction training and coaching throughout the role
- Get to meet high-ranking EU officials
- Receive a reference letter based on your performance

- Sviluppare reti tra università e fornire informazioni sui posti di lavoro nell'UE
- Garantire una presenza attiva online e sui social network
- Realizzare presentazioni, partecipare a eventi sulle carriere presso l’università e trovare oratori interessanti
- Rispondere alle domande sulle opportunità di carriera nell'UE
- Individuare gruppi target e contattare i servizi di comunicazione dell’università
- Creare mailing list e distribuire informazioni sulle opportunità di lavoro nell'UE attraverso i canali appropriati
Per saperne di più sul ruolo degli ambasciatori EU Careers:
- Organizzare o prendere parte ad almeno un evento o una presentazione di EU Careers
- Impegnarti a dedicare almeno due ore alla settimana al tuo ruolo di ambasciatore
- Comunicare regolarmente con il coordinatore EU Careers
- Partecipare a tutte le attività di formazione online proposte dall'EPSO
- Registrare le tue attività e riferirne regolarmente
- Eccellenti capacità di comunicazione e di networking
- Volontà di condividere e imparare
- Buone doti organizzative
- Capacità di produrre risultati di qualità
Spetterà a te valutare quanto tempo dedicare a questa attività di promozione in base ai tuoi impegni accademici. Cerchiamo ambasciatori e ambasciatrici creativi e capaci di pensare a nuovi modi di promuovere EU Careers!
The selection process for the 2026/2027 academic year will start in February/March 2026.
Apply if you are:
- An EU citizen;
- Fluent in English and in the language of the country in which you are studying;
- Available to take part in our compulsory two-day training course in October 2026;
- Enrolled and present at the university for the entire duration of the ambassador post (October 2026 - September 2027);
Please note that the list of participating Universities has been established in collaboration with national governments. Currently we are unable to support ambassadors from other universities. If your university is not on this list, please visit this page at the beginning of next year to check our new, updated list.
