What should I do if I encounter a technical or organisational problem during remote testing for the CAST/P selection procedure which might affect my test/performance?

Should an issue occur, please ensure that you:

  • alert a proctor or inform a dedicated contact/ support point immediately to enable a prompt solution, and request that the incident be logged in writing AND
  • notify EPSO within 1 calendar days (i.e., by the end of the day which follows the day of the tests) in writing via the online contact form with a brief description of the problem encountered.
