If you want to make a complaint on your application for one of our selection procedures, please submit your complaint via our form.
After the successful submission of your question, you will receive by e-mail an acknowledgement with a reference number. Please mention this reference number in all subsequent correspondence with EPSO on the same subject. If you do not receive the acknowledgement after 5 minutes, please submit the message again.
Before submitting your complaint please:
- Complete the online contact form carefully.
- Select the correct reference of your selection procedure.
- Indicate your application number as shown in your candidate account.
- Read our Complaint Resolution Policy carefully
Incomplete or incorrect complaints may not be processed within the usual deadline, which could result in losing your chance to continue in the selection process.
