Questions/Comments

If you are interested in EU career opportunities and selection procedures, you can contact the EUROPE DIRECT Contact Centre (in any of the 24 official EU languages).

If you have a question on your selection procedure, your application or your tests, you should contact EPSO directly and you will usually receive an answer within 5 working days. However, more complex queries, or those requiring translation, may take longer.

The submission of your query might take a few seconds. Please wait until it is completed and refrain from clicking the submit button several times. It would block the system.

After the successful submission of your question, you will receive by e-mail an acknowledgement with a reference number. Please mention this reference number in all subsequent correspondence with EPSO on the same subject. If you do not receive the acknowledgement after 5 minutes, please submit the message again.

Complaints

If you want to make a complaint on your application for one of our selection procedures, please submit your complaint via our form.
